Faye Stoeser

Faye Stoeser is a UK based dancer and choreographer whose career spans from contemporary dance sector, to the commercial industry, to underground battle scenes.
Her artistic style both as a choreographer and performer has a base in contemporary dance and is influenced by the many dance techniques she has come into contact with over the years including underground battle and club dance styles.

Faye Stoeser graduated from London Studio Centre in 2015 receiving a First Class BA Hons, where she trained in many styles including Jazz, Commercial, and later contemporary dance. After graduating, Faye joined Rambert 2 where she performed works by choreographers including Ohad Naharin, Benoit Swan Pouffer and Itzik Galili, and simultaneously completed her MA with Distinction.
Alongside Faye’s career, she became part of the Ballroom Scene in 2016, where she specialises in New Way Voguing and is part of the House of Revlon.
Whilst discovering the art of freestyle, Faye got inspired whilst amongst dancers from the underground club scene, and credits this to having an impact on her artistic style both in her years as a performer and as a choreographer.

As a performer, Faye went on to work with companies and choreographers including: Richard Chappell Dance, Jose Agudo (Agudo Dance Company), Clod Ensemble, Rambert Dance Company, Julia Cheung (House of Absolute), Dickson Mbi, Keneish Dance and more.
Faye has also danced commercially for TV, live shows, film, campaigns, fashion and music videos with credits including: BBC, Universal Pictures, Years & Years, Kylie Minogue, Jax Jones, Sam Smith, Virgin Atlantic, Ellesse, MAC, M&S, Toyota.

As a choreographer, Faye has been commissioned to make work on: INTOTO Dance Company, London Studio Centre, Monmouthshire Youth Dance Company, Italia Conti and more, as well as co Artistic Directing ‘Ekleido’ a choreographic duo with Hannah Ekholm, with their recent work ‘Splice’ currently touring the UK. Commercial choreographer & movement director credits include: Saul Nash, Aosoon, Marc Jacobs, British Vogue, Woolmark, Zara Larsson.

Faye also works as a rehearsal director with credits including Richard Chappell Dance, Saul Nash and Hannah Ekholm (see ‘other’ for more).
Furthermore, Faye has 15 years of teaching experience across a wide range of styles, ages and abilities. Teaching credits include: Rambert Company, Rambert Grades Creative Team, Rambert School, Rambert pro class, London Studio Centre, CAT schemes, Italia Conti, Brit School, Dance Suisse, World of Dance, Pineapple, Base, The Hub, LSE, UCL, Move It.
